Is it possible to disable voting for a single question or a single "subforum" in Shapado?

I’m not sure what subforums are called or if they even exist in Shapado. I’m trying to see if Shapado could be a suitable replacement for phpBB: while the upvoting and downvoting features would be useful for most questions, some threads are best suited to the linear style of traditional forums.
