Irrespective of points earned users should see that it is possible to vote a question up or down – this provides an incentive to build their reputation – to exercise their skill/judgement in one more way.

Apparently the feature to vote on questions was removed. Shortly after that, the re-introduction was promised. I hope they will fix this soon.
