In order for godaddy to direct a tld, such as mysite.com to www.mysite.com it is necessary to set the A names record to an IP address.
How do we find out this IP address for a shapado hosted site?
If that IP is not available is there a known workaround?

First you need to decide: When a user goes to xzy.com and are the forwarded to www.xyz.com, what you want your users to see?
a) xyz.com
b) www.xyz.com
If a) then you need to setup Forwarding with masking.
If b) then you need to setup Forwarding with out masking.
